Garrick McFadden: Professional Summary
Garrick McFadden is an AV Preeminent® rated personal injury attorney and the founder of GAMESQ, PLC, a Black-owned law firm in Phoenix, Arizona. With over 23 years of litigation experience and eight first-chair jury trials, he has secured more than $6 million for car accident victims in the Phoenix area.
A USC Gould School of Law graduate, McFadden also holds a Master’s in Business Taxation. His experience as in-house counsel for Progressive Insurance gives him an edge in fighting insurance companies.
Beyond his legal practice, McFadden is a civil rights advocate and has held leadership roles in the Arizona Democratic Party. He was part of Governor Katie Hobbs’s transition team and is one of fewer than five Black attorneys in Arizona’s history to receive an AV rating.
