I have a question for my attorney (Lesley Knapp). How realistic are we about keeping my charge off my record. I'm amost 58. That's one strike. My felony makes 2 strikes. And now this case. Finding a job at my age is hard enough since I can't do regular physical work. I'm partially paralyzed in my left leg. Constantly having ulcers on the bottom of that foot and on top of it I'm diabetic. So if this goes to my record I won't be able to have my felony expunged and in turn will not be able to find a job to pay rent, truck payment and insurance let alone any extra costs. My accuser has really screwed me. She has no idea. Please find a way to stop this.
