Do you handle cps cases? Mom is trying to get kids back. Kids have been in system for almost 3yrs and mom is finally do well and county attorney does not want to pull TPR. Court appointed attorney does not seem to be helping but I am not totally sure.
Thanks for reaching out — situations involving CPS and a possible TPR are understandably overwhelming. Because every case depends on the specific history, timelines, and court orders, the best way to get clarity is to speak directly with an attorney who handles child-welfare matters. They can review what has happened over the past three years and assess whether there are options for additional advocacy or a second legal opinion.
If you’re viewing Karen Cristine Hicks’s profile, it may be worth contacting her office directly to ask whether she takes CPS-related cases and to explain the situation in more detail. That will give you the most accurate information on next steps.
