I am Fred W. DeVore, III, a North Carolina attorney licensed since 1982 and a civil litigator with DAS Law Group. My practice focuses on complex civil matters, particularly catastrophic injury, wrongful death, construction litigation, insurance bad faith, contract disputes, and condemnation law.

Over the course of my career, I have served as lead counsel in significant civil cases and handled more than 50 appellate matters before the North Carolina Court of Appeals, the North Carolina Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
